Since I begin to practice with this manual with the roller, I felt in love with it! This was the prop I was missing, and I love the way Agi is using it, and as usual, the quality of the manual, the explanations, the videos are very useful to really understand the moves. A must have!

This was my first purchase but for sure not my last one. 15 years ago I did 2 or 3 pilates lessons in a studio and liked it but somehow I never continued. Until a few weeks ago when I stumbled across Agi's IG account and was fascinated of all her knowledge. Since I anyway wanted some new addition to my regular weight training for joints and overall mobility I thought I'd give this Summer Camp 2024 a chance. From the first workout on I was impressed how challenging these are and how many different variations and methods are possible. Not even once was I bored. Agi is an excellent instructor with enormous knowledge and passion for what she's doing and teaching. She's never tired of giving support if needed. I can only recommend this program and cannot wait to start the next one. There are plenty for everyone!

Agi, you are a wonder! My hips feel light and free, along with my pelvis and surrounding areas. The hip rescue course that Agi ran last Sunday was amazing. After 3 hours of intense work on our hips and pelvis I feel stronger, taller and more confident in knowing how to release the tightness in my hips which is a wonderful feeling. Thank you for your knowledge and instruction, you really did open my eyes and I know take a small ball everywhere I go to help release the tension and pain. I would recommend anybody that can attend Agis workshop to sign up for the next one. Saz x
Was blown away by Agi’s hip workshop yesterday - she is so creative with all her exercises & tricks to get those hips moving - the difference in my mobility afterwards was incredible, as well as the knock on effect on the rest of my body. I feel if I continue to do her hip exercises I should be able to ward off needing hip surgery like my parents had. Thank you so much Agi, you’re a genius!

The content of this course is very clear, well explained, the videos are a very pleasant plus, especially for me as I am just a practitioner and not a professional. Still waiting for my surgery i started with the prep course and i feel less pain After the Workouts
Being relatively fit and active before having my hip issue I was determined to get back to fitness. The post opp physio I was doing was not effective enough for progressing to the fitness I wanted. Agi has in depth knowledge and the experience to get me fully fit and mobile again. Agi is very supportive and wants results for you. Hipease covers all aspects of recovery and getting fit alongside respecting the bodies need for recovery and improving health longterm.
I’m only part way through hipease and 7 weeks post opp but already I feel my hip is getting stronger and more flexible with the practices on the course. I would definitely recommend hipease as a tool for preparation and recovery with out it I would have had less confidence for what was possible but now I am enjoying the journey of getting back to fitness and having Agi as support. Hipease is worth the investment for ease of mind and having lifetime practices for a healthy body and new hip.
With Hipease as a regular regime I am now looking forward to seeing my results and feeling ‘normal’ again .
