Absolutely Brilliant – So Much More Than Just Exercises!

This book is truly brilliant! I’ve been waiting for something like this for a long time — it’s not just a collection of exercise descriptions, but a rich resource full of valuable cues and insights for teachers. It guides you on how to become a better teacher, how to observe your clients more deeply, and how teaching goes far beyond simply instructing movement.

Agi’s approach to clients — her focus on observation, connection, and understanding — is truly inspiring. I can’t wait to apply some of the wise quotes and thoughtful explanations into my own practice. This manual really encourages you to grow as a teacher and to see beyond the exercises themselves.

So excited about this manual!

I’ve been teaching for a long time, but I’m always looking for new inspiration and fresh approaches - especially for my one-to-one sessions. So far, I’m really impressed with how detailed it is, with such a great focus on the shoulders, shoulder girdle, and scapula. It’s amazing for helping address spine mobility and strength in a complete way. Can’t wait to keep learning and explore more fantastic variations and progressions for myself and my clients!
