I feel so lucky to have connected with Agi . Boy does she know her stuff . Her attention to detail and fine prompts have connected me to my glutes and other areas of extreme tightness due to my hip issue . Leaving me feeling longer , taller and stronger with all these movements, fascia and band work !

Looking forward to working with Agi more and more ..

If only I could go to her regular classes as distance is the issue .

Agi is no normal Pilates teacher ! Working with all of these functional movements I have definitely felt more connected to my body which is only a good thing !!

Excellent hip course

Not only is Agi an experienced and knowledgeable teacher, but she also underwent hip replacement surgery at a relatively young age. Agi got back to full mobility and strength by developing her own exercise program. Looking at her videos online - you wouldn't think that Agi has had a hip replaced. I have done a hip rescue course with Agi and found it to be of great benefit. I am a difficult customer. I have hypermobile joints and now that I'm older, I have a lot of wear and tear. I'm cautious about which courses I do. Agi is very mindful that every body is different. Her course teaches and guides in a respectful way that allows you to gain mobility and strength without going past your limits. I would highly recommend this Hip Rescue course. It has been created with a wealth of personal experience and lots of teaching knowledge. A resource you can follow in a way that suits you and review and replay as you wish.

Dear Agi,
Having participated in lots of exercises from your hip rescue course I feel more mobile, more flexible and stronger in moving and turning. I have a greater range of movement and recover more quickly after exercise.

I have participated in lots of exercises from your hip rescue course. I now enjoy a marked difference in movement. When I started I had to lift my left leg with my hand to get leggings etc on where now I can lift my leg on its own. Both my hips have improved movement and strength. This has resulted in a better quality of life as I can now participate in walking distances again and doing a range of activities which I was worried were no longer possible for me.

Excellent and flexible course for general hip health

The Hip Rescue course is a resource that can be used by anyone of any age and ability to help improve the health of their hips and overall posture.
We don’t realise how much tension we hold in this area and that this can then affect other parts of the body like our legs and back.
I wanted to improve the mobility and strength in my hips to help with the overall function of my body as I age. A skiing injury many years ago had left aches in my hips ever since. I hoped the course would reduce this too.
The course explains why we have issues and how, with the use of our own body weight and small props, we can help alleviate them. I enjoyed the variety of exercises and how they were easily understood through text and videos. Having the ability to ‘rewind and redo’ an exercise, and with different sections to select from, makes the course very flexible.
I now understand how to release tension and aches, and believe that my body is better aligned and my posture is better since using the course. I would certainly recommend this course and would like to thank Agi for making this excellent resource available.

Love it. Its spot on

Amazing variety of exercises and stretches explained well, making it easy to follow. Love the format with examples displayed. The perfect guide on how to maximise the fit ball for pilates. Would highly recommend it!

It is thought and elaborated with great care, filling from the essentials to advanced degrees. It provides, in a very simple way, the execution of the exercises so that your body is gaining flexibility and strength, it is a manual conceived with affection, many years of experience, and very careful in its details by its author Agi Falenta, who I have the pleasure of following for several years on their social networks Instagram and YouTube, I have also acquired all their exercise programs, and I do not have enough words to recommend it, give yourself the opportunity to feel better about improving your posture, your physical, your mood and even your relationships, reduce your stress invest in yourself and acquire this program Today! Precious content

The content of this course is very clear, well explained, the videos are a very pleasant plus, especially for me as I am just a practitioner and not a professional. The explanations on the muscles are very interesting to understand and do the movements correctly. Thank you very much for your job Agi!

Love the mix of classes and a great length for a home workout.

Very helpfull

Still waiting for my surgery i started with the prep course and i feel less pain After the Workouts

A must have for ease of mind and recovery

Being relatively fit and active before having my hip issue I was determined to get back to fitness. The post opp physio I was doing was not effective enough for progressing to the fitness I wanted. Agi has in depth knowledge and the experience to get me fully fit and mobile again. Agi is very supportive and wants results for you. Hipease covers all aspects of recovery and getting fit alongside respecting the bodies need for recovery and improving health longterm.
I’m only part way through hipease and 7 weeks post opp but already I feel my hip is getting stronger and more flexible with the practices on the course. I would definitely recommend hipease as a tool for preparation and recovery with out it I would have had less confidence for what was possible but now I am enjoying the journey of getting back to fitness and having Agi as support. Hipease is worth the investment for ease of mind and having lifetime practices for a healthy body and new hip.
With Hipease as a regular regime I am now looking forward to seeing my results and feeling ‘normal’ again .

KCR with Agi

When I first went to Agi for KCR, I was struggling to walk and stand straight. I was in agony for weeks, taking medications, not getting out of bed, just not living at all. I had tried everything I could think of. I went to Agi in desperation. I had not heard of KCR before. Agi talked me through the fundamentals of KCR and made me feel comfortable. I felt so relaxed while I followed Agi’s instruction of breathing and allowing my body to work with her. I left Agi WALKING straight and feeling like I had a new lease on life. My muscles were relaxed and I didn’t have the tension that I was holding in my neck, back and hips. I went for a short walk afterwards and then my body was so exhausted from being so tense for so long that I napped for a couple hours after the KCR! I saw Agi for a follow up 2 weeks afterwards and I am now a regular. I can’t thank Agi enough for introducing me to KCR and working her magic on me. I can’t thank you enough, Agi!

Fabulous Range of Pilates Classes

A wonderful, diverse range of Pilates classes that are suitable for novices as well as those with more experience. The bonus recipes are also very good - with the protein energy bars in particular being a big hit in our house. Thanks Agi

Tremendous Resource!

This manual organizes the fundamentals of pilates with Resistance Band in a brilliant, approachable and thoughtful way. If you are a teacher, this manual is a must-have to focus your training sessions. If you are a practitioner, the accompanying videos will provide new clarity. Thanks again Agi for designing a resource that I keep going back to!

Summer Camp 2023

This is my second year using this programme. With a change to the exercise sessions I have new challenges to see me through the summer and help me keep my fitness level up. The ease of use and flexibility of the resource continues to be ideal for dipping in and out as you require. The added bonuses from Agi are such fun to try out too, like new breakfast recipe ideas, so I feel healthy both physically and nutritionally. What's not to love. I would recommend this programme to beginners up to the more advanced practitioners. There's something for everyone. Thank you for a great resource Agi.

Summer Camp

I’m loving the summer camp Pilates. The choice of videos have a wide range and Agi’s instructions are very clear. It’s easy to fit the exercise around a busy day or while on holiday. Particularly like the spicky balls.

The session are great for maintaining a level of fitness while on summer break. I feel much less stiff after completing a session. I really recommend the package.

A very useful resource

We are going to be travelling about a lot this summer, and this resource gives us a useful and practical guide as to how to maintain a level of fitness on our travels.
With a minimum of gear (some bands and a couple of spiky balls) we are looking forward to continuing our practice.
The camp is set up such the we can choose an appropriate exercise for where we find ourselves, and the exercises start at beginner level and move up to expert so we can stop at a level that suits us.
Whether travelling about or staying at home, I recommend this resource to you.

A wonderful price for an excellent exercise regime. It caters for beginners and leads on to challenges for more advanced practitioners.
We are to be travelling about this summer and will be able to use this with minimal equipment.
The instructions are clear and supportive, and the exercises, like Agi, are fun.

Agi is the Best!!

I discovered and followed Age on instagram before meeting her online and taking one of there classes. I am an ex-gymnast and have had a lot of experience with different trainers and instructors. I will say Agi is the best I've encountered. She knows her stuff and is a great teacher. I would highly recommend any of her courses.

Fabulous, Informative and Fun Day

I had such a great day at the well woman retreat in January. The pilates sessions with Agi were fun and challenging, but still suitable for complete beginners as Agi tailors the exercises for all abilities, as was the barre session with Anna.

The peri/menopause workshop with Dr Sigi was really informative and beneficial to post menopausal women as well. There was lots of time to ask questions, which Dr Sigi was very happy to answer and made time after the workshop if you wanted to speak to her privately.

I went on my own and was made to feel very welcome by all the women there and it was just a really good, fun day from start to finish.

A life saver

I had my first hip replacement in 2020 and my recovery was very slow. Months later I discovered Agi on Instagram and though I am based in London our online classes were remarkably effective. The range of mobility I gained in my hip was almost unbelievable in a short space of time. So when I knew I was going to have my second hip replaced in 2022 I didn’t hesitate to buy the Hipease programme.
I am not very disciplined but her openness and genuine care for all her clients is motivation enough. The program will take you on a journey pre and post surgery with videos and clear explanations for those who need it. I can honestly say that my second hip replacement was so much better than the first. I can also hand on heart say my second (newer) hip feels stronger than the first and I can only attribute this to the preparations via the programme to strengthen it prior to the operation.
If you are having any issues with your hips then get this immediately. indeed if you need a Pilates instructor who genuinely cares about your health then do please find her on Instagram @pilatesbyagi. She is one of the best human beings I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
