Essential for those on the hip replacement journey

As I age I recognise the need for extra care and exercise around my hips and core area to keep me mobile and active. After attending many of Agi's hip health workshops and seeing the subsequent improvement in my hip range and strength, the availability of this new manual is now enabling me to continue the good work with the aid of on demand teaching from Agi at home when it suits me. With the helpful cues and detailed videos from Agi I know I can practise in complete safety. This is yet another amazing resource for anyone who wishes to generally improve their hip health but is especially essential for those on the hip replacement journey.

I've been waiting for this...

I have been going through hip and back pain for a while, I was told I needed surgery but didn't feel I needed it now. I've followed Agi fpr a while and ibwas wanting to give this a go, fingers crossed as her work is great
