Wow how amazing I feel after these courses . i've now bought a few ! Agi's way of teaching articulates full awareness in my body and leave me feeling stronger and far more positive about my compensating patterns after hip surgery . And I finally have been able to switch on my glutes which I the back bone of many instability issues I've been having.
I also a sneak a 1-1 with Agi when we both can to support me feeling the benefit regularly which I can then take into my day to day with more awareness .
